“Understanding why people suffer, how they change, and how to help them live more satisfying and gratifying lives is a fascinating, huge, and important undertaking.”

Philosophy

Welcome, I’m so glad you’re here!

You’ve made the big step of recognizing that you could use some support, and that’s something to be proud of. I believe whole heartedly in the therapeutic relationship and the power of being seen and understood at the very essence of who you are.

I practice an approach to therapy that considers all aspects of the human experience, and provide a partnership that is authentic and honest. I work with clients to navigate the ebbs and flows of life in a way that celebrates individuality and encourages growth. In our work together, clients develop the tools needed to experience the range of human emotions with a kind and accepting perspective. At the very root of my approach is a safe and non judgmental space for clients to be truly understood.

I have a heart for supporting women on their journey to and through motherhood, I believe in the true transformation of mind, body, and spirit when a mother is born. I don’t take it lightly that a client share their heart and pain with me. Which is why my priority is that our work together encourage healing, feel hopeful, and move you closer to who and what is most important to you.

With the combination of:

my training + personal experience + deep passion for women and mothers + knowledge and understanding of evidence based approaches & client centered strategies = I am able to best support clients to get back to living, and find joy in this unique season.
